Menlha Buddhist Center is a Western Buddhist Meditation Center in Lambertville, New Jersey. Taught by Westerners, the meditation classes are very easy to understand and apply to our daily lives. The classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Meditation is a simple yet profound method to improve the quality of our lives. Through following very simple, practical instructions we can learn to let go of the causes of our pain and dissatisfaction and to gain the inner peace and clarity we seek. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no class at Menlha Center on Tuesday evening, April 29th, SPECIAL EVENT! For those who are attending the US Festival this week (or those already with some basic experience of Heart Jewel): Dorje Shugden Heart Jewel Meditation Retreat Saturday May 3rd 10am - 4pm This retreat will comprise of four meditation sessions based on the teachings and meditations at the US Festival this week. Each meditation introduced and guided by Gen Norden. We will be using the sadhana (prayer booklet) Heart Jewel. Free for Philadelphia FP members. Otherwise $30 non-members, $15 Center members. Please pre-register by phone or e-mail. Bring a bag lunch (there are also places to eat locally.) Please consider becoming a member of Menlha Center!
