Spring 2008 General Class Schedule

Classes in the Community

Check Below for a Location Near You

Classes continue through April and May at a location near you, offering an introduction to Buddhist meditation and its application to daily life. Classes are based on books by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available at each class and at Menlha Center's bookstore.

We all share the potential for enormous self-transformation and limitless happiness, through travelling the inner journey of a spiritual path. The author invites us on our own inner journey, and shares some of the universal spiritual insights he has gained along the way. By following the practical advice given in these books we can transform our mind and our life and find peace and happiness. Each class includes guided meditation, a talk, discussion and questions. No experience necessary.

Everyone welcome.
Drop in to any class or attend the series. $10/class, $5 for students/seniors.
Wear comfortable clothing; no need to bring anything.
