Our new center will be in a first class architecturally inspired, stand alone building, located just a mile from the center of Lambertville, on 6 acres of park like grounds. It boasts a creatively designed, upgraded, modern interior with an abundance of natural light providing a quiet and peaceful environment to meditate and reflect. Our plan is to make it into a first class meditation and retreat space that all can enjoy.
January 27 & 28 we will be moving items to our new home. If you want to help, please click here to sign-up to move some boxes. No heavy lifting required. We've got the pros for that!

This World Is Not Our Home
with Rob Kelly
Sunday, January 18
In Kadampa Buddhism, the practice of transference of consciousness is known as 'powa,' which literally means "transference". Join us each month to explore this ancient practice which involves guiding the consciousness of the recently deceased to the Pure Land of Buddha, a world free from the painful rebirths of samsara. Everyone welcome.

Rest and Reflect Retreat
with Gen Kelsang Chogyop
Sunday, January 25
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the peaceful surroundings of Menlha's beautiful meditation room. Everything has been arranged for you to rest your mind and reflect on positive thoughts. During these Saturdays, you will be gently guided in two meditations that heal our past, our body and our mind. Each month we change the focus of our reflections - from simple breathing meditations to healing our body meditations, to contemplations on cherishing others more deeply. Everyone welcome.
This month's focus:

"Our Dharma centers are the main mechanism by which we give happiness to others. If our Dharma center flourishes, more and more people find the solution to their pain. We're busy engaging in meaningful activities, benefiting others through strengthening the power of our Dharma center."
– Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

What is Kadampa Buddhism?
Modern Kadampa Buddhism is a special, systematic presentation of Buddha’s teachings particularly suited for contemporary society. This presentation preserves the meaning and intention of Buddha’s original teachings while making them clear and practical in a way that anyone can easily understand and put into practice.
