Self-guided sessions
Nyungne is a special fasting and purification retreat which is done in conjunction with the Buddha of Compassion spiritual practice. Through fasting we can understand the sufferings of others and increase our compassion for them, as well as purify our own negative karma.

Freedom from Unhealthy Habits

Everyone experiences the pain associated with craving and attachment, and many people suffer from some type of addiction. In this workshop we will learn how to recognize and reduce the strong tendencies or bad mental habits that can lead to addiction and cause us to feel trapped, confused and powerless.

Menlha Kadampa Buddhist Center is one of more than 1200 Kadampa centers and branches now established throughout the world. We are located in Lambertville, NJ. Due to the pandemic, we have temporarily closed our physical location and currently offer meditation classes and resources online.
